To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirits of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, fully implement the requirements of the Central Financial Work Conference and the Central Economic Work Conference, strive to build a high-quality and professional financial cadre team with firm politics, solid work style and strong capabilities, and effectively improve the strategic thinking, management capabilities and performance responsibility of section-level cadres, the "2025 Capacity Improvement Training Course for Newly Promoted Section-Level Cadres of ABC Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Branch", undertaken by CUFE Business School, was successfully held from May 20 to 23, 2025. A total of 47 newly promoted section-level cadres from ABC Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Branch gathered at CUFE and successfully completed the 4-day intensive training.
On the morning of May 20, the opening ceremony of the training course was held. Director Zhao Tiebai of the Teaching Department of the MBA Education Center of CUFE Business School and Wang Yanping, Expert and Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department of ABC Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Branch, attended the opening ceremony.
At the opening ceremony, Director Zhao Tiebai first extended a warm welcome to all participants on behalf of the school. He stated that the school would give full play to its advantages in financial disciplines and think tank resources, design the curriculum system closely around the frontier of financial reform and practical needs, and hoped that the participants would deepen their theoretical foundation, improve their professional skills, and transform the learning achievements into practical results for promoting the high-quality development of finance. In her speech, Wang Yanping profoundly pointed out that the newly promoted cadres shoulder the important responsibility of serving regional economic development and preventing and controlling financial risks. She urged the participants to cherish the precious learning opportunity at CUFE, adhere to the combination of learning and application as well as the unity of knowledge and practice, and strive to open up a new situation for the reform and development of the Inner Mongolia Branch with solid capabilities and a new look.
This training was closely aligned with the capacity model of financial cadres in the new era and built a systematic and forward-looking curriculum module. The content covered core areas such as the development trend and in-depth application of financial technology, the green finance policy framework and practical innovation, the digital and intelligent marketing strategy and practical techniques, and the construction of high-performance organizations and excellent team leadership. Through authoritative interpretations, case analyses and tool drills, the training strengthened the participants' practical abilities in grasping policy directions, managing innovative businesses and leading team development. During the training, all participants visited the CUFE History Museum, where they felt the school-running spirit of "Loyalty, Unity, Pragmatism, Innovation" and the mission of serving the country through finance, further consolidating the foundation of their ideals and beliefs and comprehensively improving their comprehensive quality.
On the afternoon of May 23, the closing ceremony of the training course was held. Professor Zhu Fei, Vice Dean of CUFE Business School, attended the ceremony and delivered a concluding speech. Professor Zhu Fei highly praised the rigorous learning style and enterprising spirit shown by the participants during the intensive study, systematically reviewed the supporting role of the training courses in improving the cadres' political capabilities, professional literacy and management efficiency, and encouraged everyone to take this study as a new starting point, integrate cutting-edge concepts, innovative methods and the CUFE people's feelings of "serving the country and the people through economics" into practical work, and bravely take on responsibilities and make new achievements in promoting the strategic implementation and reform of ABC Inner Mongolia Branch. At the ceremony, Professor Zhu Fei awarded completion certificates to all participants, marking the successful conclusion of the 4-day capacity improvement journey. The participants generally expressed that this training had substantial content and well-organized arrangements, realizing the simultaneous improvement of theoretical cognition, vision pattern and practical ability, and laying a solid foundation for performing their new job duties.
