CUFE Business School Teachers Attend the 24th National Teaching Seminar on Logistics Majors in Higher Education & Forum on Industry-Education Integration Innovation in Logistics and Supply Chain

From July 31 to August 2, 2025, the 24th National Teaching Seminar on Logistics Majors in Higher Education & Forum on Industry-Education Integration Innovation in Logistics and Supply Chain was held in Nanning, Guangxi. The event was guided by the Teaching Guidance Committee for Logistics Management and Engineering Majors of Higher Education Institutions under the Ministry of Education, hosted by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, and undertaken by Nanning Normal University. With the theme of "AI-Driven Innovation and Development in Logistics Higher Education", the seminar attracted over 1,000 participants, including heads of logistics and supply chain management disciplines/programs and core teachers from nearly 400 universities across China.


Professor Liu Xiaohong, Member of the Logistics Teaching Guidance Committee and Deputy Leader of the Supply Chain Management Major Working Group (from CUFE Business School), was invited to deliver a keynote speech titled Undergraduate Supply Chain Management Education in UK Universities at the Forum on the Construction of First-Class Logistics Majors in the Context of Interdisciplinary Integration.


Associate Dean Chen Jinliang of CUFE Business School was invited to give a keynote speech titled Construction Practice of Supply Chain Management Major at Central University of Finance and Economics at the Supply Chain Management Major Seminar & Working Group Roundtable Meeting.


During the event, the two teachers exchanged ideas with peers on topics such as "AI + supply chain management higher education", "construction of first-class supply chain management majors", and "cultivation of intelligent supply chain talents".
