The forum also grandly held the appointment ceremony for the second batch of corporate mentors of CUFE Business School. The forum was hosted by Yang Zhongying, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of CUFE Business School, and the roundtable forum was presided over by Professor Liu Shubo, Director of the Strategy Department of CUFE Business School.
Professor Li Yuexin, Secretary of the Party Committee of CUFE Business School, delivered an opening speech. He pointed out that AI technology is profoundly reshaping the business ecosystem, and digital capabilities have become a core element in talent competition. He emphasized that the school will take the forum as an opportunity to build an "academic-industry" exchange platform, expecting experts and scholars to share cutting-edge application cases of AI in business scenarios, help students build a composite ability structure of "learning thinking + business capabilities", and promote the school to become an innovation incubator for digital business talents.

In the keynote speech session, Professor Lin Song, Dean of CUFE Business School and Director of the MBA Education Center, systematically introduced the school's "digital intelligence empowerment" talent training system. He mentioned that the school has proactively adapted to the needs of the times by launching double-degree programs in "Supply Chain Management - Economic Statistics" and "Business Administration - Law", and built a trinity education model of "professional education + career development + market practice". Through in-depth industry integration, the school aims to enhance students' practical and innovative capabilities. Jiang Beiqi, founder of the Zhongguancun Chuangxiang Human Resources Big Data Alliance, delivered a keynote speech titled "The 'Evolution Theory' of Business Talents in the AI Era". He made an in-depth analysis of challenges brought by AI technology, such as knowledge explosion and skill iteration, and proposed that business talents should build a "π-shaped" capability structure - with professional knowledge as the foundation, and digital literacy and cross-border thinking as the two wings, so as to enhance core competitiveness through continuous learning.
An appointment ceremony for corporate mentors was held at the forum, where 26 outstanding professionals from the corporate practice field were appointed as the second batch of corporate mentors of CUFE Business School. Zhong Minghua and Yin Tao, representatives of the corporate mentors, delivered speeches, sharing the achievements of school-enterprise cooperation and expressing their insights and expectations for industry-education integration and joint talent cultivation.

In the roundtable forum session themed "AI-Driven Reform of Business Education", Professor Liu Shubo, Director of the Strategy Department of CUFE Business School, hosted the dialogue. The guests participating in the roundtable included Jiang Beiqi (Founder, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Zhongguancun Chuangxiang Human Resources Big Data Alliance), Tian Feng (Dean of the Fast Thinking & Slow Thinking Research Institute, Chief AI Expert of Xinhua News Agency Outlook Finance, and Planner of the video program "Tian Feng Says"), Li Shunjun (Senior Partner of Huaxia Jishi Management Consulting Group), Zhang Aichao (Vice President of Zhidemai Technology Group and Executive Dean of the Consumer Industry Research Institute), Cao Hongwei (Chief Architect of Lenovo Nuodi (Beijing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.), Associate Professor Yao Kai (from CUFE Business School and Founder of Credamo Data Technology Co., Ltd.), and Di Fei (Deputy Director of the Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Center of CUFE).
Tian Feng emphasized that AI literacy is an important part of professional competitiveness, but the core of business education still needs to focus on cultivating insight ability, critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Li Shunjun pointed out that in the process of technological iteration, it is necessary to attach importance to the cultivation of humanistic literacy and guide business practice with values. Zhang Aichao suggested that students' ability to decompose the business operation chain should be strengthened, and compound capabilities that balance "AI tool application" and "human insight" should be cultivated. Cao Hongwei stated that business students should enhance their AI literacy and professional competitiveness, and use the Feynman Learning Method to promote in-depth learning through knowledge output. Yao Kai emphasized the need to strengthen the cultivation of cross-border innovative talents and advocated for in-depth integration between the academic and industrial sectors. Di Fei suggested that business students should participate in more high-quality internships and practices, and stressed the importance of "morality first, and integration of morality and ability". The forum reached a consensus: future business education needs to reshape the knowledge system, seek a balance between technological empowerment and humanistic care, and cultivate innovative talents with both data thinking and strategic vision.

In her closing summary, Yang Zhongying, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of CUFE Business School, stated that this forum has pooled the wisdom of the academic and industrial circles. It is not only an immediate response to "AI reshaping the business ecosystem", but also demonstrates the mission and responsibility of CUFE Business School to "contribute new management knowledge and cultivate leaders with a global perspective, innovative spirit and sense of social responsibility". She pointed out that the school will take this forum as a starting point to further deepen school-enterprise cooperation, rely on digital intelligence technology, and strive to cultivate business leaders with "profound financial background and outstanding innovative capabilities".

The successful holding of the 3rd Career Development Forum of CUFE Business School has built an exchange platform for the career development of teachers and students in the AI era, promoted the in-depth development of industry-education integration, and provided useful exploration and support for cultivating high-quality talents who can adapt to future business changes.
