In active response to the national call for deepening cooperation among enterprises, universities and local governments and promoting in-depth integration of industry, academia and research, CUFE Business School visited Xiongan New Area to carry out co-construction and cooperation on July 11, 2025. This activity aimed to inject new impetus into enterprise development, jointly cultivate high-quality talents and promote high-quality regional economic development through resource integration and complementary advantages.
Professor Lin Song, Dean of CUFE Business School, Professor Miao Yuexin from the Marketing Department, and Associate Researcher Guo Xiaokun, Director of the International Cooperation Office, attended the activity. They conducted in-depth exchanges with Du Hao, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xiongxian County Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department; Liu Jie, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Xiongan High-Tech Zone; responsible comrades of relevant departments of Xiongxian County and Xiongan High-Tech Zone; and enterprise representatives.
At the unveiling ceremony of the "Enterprise-Talent Co-Cultivation Cooperation Point", Du Hao (Member of the Standing Committee of the Xiongxian County Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department), Liu Jie (Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Xiongan High-Tech Zone) and Professor Lin Song (Dean of CUFE Business School) delivered speeches respectively, jointly expressing their expectations for future cooperation. The establishment of the "Enterprise-Talent Co-Cultivation Cooperation Point" marks a solid step forward in the talent cultivation cooperation between CUFE Business School and Xiongan New Area.
At the "Talent TALK+" salon, Professor Miao Yuexin from CUFE Business School gave a speech titled Innovation of Enterprise Management Concepts in the Era of Digital-Intelligent Marketing. Combining the current digital economy context, he conducted an in-depth analysis of the challenges and opportunities faced by enterprise management. Enterprise representatives had interactive exchanges with Professor Miao, creating a lively on-site atmosphere.
During the activity, Dean Lin Song and his party also visited and conducted research at alumni enterprises in Xiongan New Area. They held discussions with Diao Ning, General Manager of Huashengyu Energy (Xiongan) Technology Co., Ltd.; Li Wei, Executive Director of Xinzhong Industry Think Tank and Strategic Partner of Huashengyu Energy (Xiongan) Technology Co., Ltd.; and other alumni. The discussions focused on cutting-edge topics such as digital transformation in traditional fields and data industry research, and jointly explored new directions for industrial development and innovation breakthroughs.
Xiongan New Area also organized 20 Chinese and foreign teacher-student representatives from CUFE Business School to participate in the "Capital College Students' Trip to Xiongan". Through on-site visits, the representatives gained an in-depth understanding of the planning, construction and industrial development of Xiongan New Area, appreciated the green development features of Xiongan, experienced the Chinese-style aesthetics in the "vigorous growth" of the area, and personally felt its vibrant development momentum.
The successful holding of this activity has laid a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation between CUFE Business School and Xiongan New Area. In the future, both parties will continue to deepen the open cooperation model, uphold the concept of mutual benefit and win-win results, deeply integrate into the industry-academia-research collaborative innovation system, cultivate more high-quality professional talents that meet the needs of industrial development, and promote high-quality and sustainable development of the regional economy.
