On July 5, 2025, the "2025 Global Finance and Economics Forum" hosted by Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) was held in Shijingshan District, Beijing. CUFE Business School successfully organized a parallel sub-forum themed "Enterprise Management Transformation and Response in the Digital-Intelligent Era". Experts, scholars, and representatives from the business community gathered to discuss topics including enterprise management transformation and response in the digital-intelligent era, as well as business talent cultivation.
Over 60 participants attended the parallel sub-forum, including: experts and scholars from universities such as CUFE, Tsinghua University, Nankai University, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Normal University, Beijing Institute of Technology, China Agricultural University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing Forestry University, Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing Technology and Business University, and Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology; experts from the Higher Education Research Institute of iFLYTEK; and representatives of enterprises in Shijingshan District. The opening ceremony of the parallel sub-forum was hosted by Professor Liu Xiaoyuan, Vice Dean of CUFE Business School.

Jointly Exploring New Opportunities for Digital-Intelligent Transformation
Professor Lin Song, Dean of CUFE Business School and Director of the MBA Education Center, delivered a speech on behalf of the school. He extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to all leaders, experts, scholars, alumni representatives, teachers, and students attending the forum and the parallel sub-forum. He pointed out that with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, enterprise management is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges: "Digital-intelligent technology has not only reshaped the business ecosystem but also provided a brand-new perspective for the innovation of management theories and practices. This forum aims to build a high-level academic exchange platform, promote the in-depth integration of Chinese management wisdom and international cutting-edge theories, and contribute insights to serving the country's economic and social development."

Multi-Dimensional Insights into Enterprise Management Transformation and Response
Professor Lin Song, Dean of CUFE Business School and Director of the MBA Education Center, hosted the second speech session, where four scholars shared their latest research findings from diverse perspectives.
Professor Bai Changhong (Dean of Nankai University Business School): Focusing on the theme of "Digital Creativity", he systematically explained how digital technology reshapes the industrial ecosystem through six dimensions—including new consumption, new demographics, and new tools—by citing practical cases from the WaCLab (Well-being and Creativity Laboratory).

Professor Zhang Mingyu (School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University): Centering on "Innovative Talent Cultivation in the Digital-Intelligent Era", he proposed the "Human-shaped Model" for talent development, emphasizing the need to foster interdisciplinary talents with an international perspective, patriotism, and practical capabilities.

Professor Qi Yudong (Dean of School of Economics and Business Administration, Beijing Normal University): Sharing insights on "Enterprise Transformation and Innovation in the Digital Economy Era", he discussed the characteristics of the digital economy era, approaches for enterprises to achieve digital transformation, and future innovation directions in the digital economy.

Professor Li Ning (School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University): Conducting an in-depth analysis of "Generative AI-Driven Organizational Transformation", he pointed out that AI technology is reconstructing the talent value evaluation system and work design paradigms.

In the third speech session hosted by Professor Gu Leilei, Vice Dean of CUFE Business School, three experts and scholars shared experiences in technological innovation and management practice from different angles.

Li Li (Dean of Higher Education Research Institute, iFLYTEK): Focusing on the topic of "AI Empowering Interdisciplinary Integration of Finance and Economics Disciplines and Cultivation of Top-Tier Talents", he shared innovative practices of AI technology enabling the transformation of finance and economics education, and proposed that talent cultivation in the era of large models should place greater emphasis on fostering creativity.

Professor Chen Kaihua (Distinguished Professor, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences): With the theme of "Innovation Development and Management in the Digital Context", he explored the new paradigm of digital-driven innovation development from a theoretical perspective, providing new ideas for building an innovation management system with Chinese characteristics.

Professor Liu Xiaohong (CUFE Business School): Concentrating on "Supply Chain Management in the Digital-Intelligent Era", she systematically analyzed the challenges and opportunities brought by AI technology to the development of supply chain theories, laying a theoretical foundation for building an intelligent supply chain management system.

During the discussion and exchange session, participants conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the impact of artificial intelligence on enterprise management, enterprise management transformation in the digital-intelligent era, and innovative talent cultivation in the digital-intelligent era.
Building Consensus for Development
In his concluding speech, Dean Lin Song stated that through in-depth interdisciplinary and multi-perspective exchanges, the forum had provided rich theoretical references and practical insights for addressing the challenges faced by enterprise management in the digital-intelligent era. He emphasized that CUFE Business School would respond to national strategic needs and the practical demands of enterprise development, continue to leverage the advantages of the business administration discipline, and make sustained efforts in discipline construction, talent cultivation, scientific research, and social services to contribute wisdom and strength to promoting the digital-intelligent transformation and competitiveness enhancement of Chinese enterprises.
Experts attending the forum generally agreed that the successful holding of the forum not only built a high-level academic exchange platform but also provided important intellectual support for promoting in-depth industry-academia-research integration and serving the national digital economy development strategy.
